New Columns on Timesheet List Screen

What's new?

The following new columns have been added to the Timesheet List Screen, each displaying the corresponding total for that timesheet row:

  • Units: Replaces the prior Yes/No indicator with a numeric total. Displays the sum of all units (Pay, Bill, or Pay & Bill) for earn codes where the Unit of Measure (UoM)

  • Amount: Displays the sum total for Earn Codes where the Unit of Measure (UoM) is set to Amount.

  • Non-Worked Hours: Displays the aggregated sum of hours logged against Earn Codes that do not accrue overtime (OT). The sum of all time entries where the associated earn code meets both of the following conditions:

    • accruesToOvertime = false

    • unitOfMeasure = Hours

Why Does it Matter?

The addition of these columns saves admins time by not having to drill into individual timesheet entries to access important Timesheet data details.

How Do I Enable This?

Generally Available: Enabled by Default.
